Geneva Lakeside Bathroom

Our work in this house reflects both the space and order of the building as well as the culture in which it exists. As much thought and care went into designing the hat and glove storage as was expended on headline areas. A case in point is the bathroom, enormous by contemporary standards and providing a wonderful opportunity for display and theatre.

White ceramic, Italian walnut, and the lighting within the room coming directly through the sandblasted glass shelves. A simple palette repeated in many combinations throughout this house.

Heritage

For over 50 years we have collaborated with architects and interior designers across the world. For some clients we have produced a single piece of free standing furniture such as a bath, basin, sink or cabinet, for others we manufactured and installed complete interiors.

Wood is a distinctive material from which to make a bathtub. Here we exploited the opportunity of putting a teak bath in front of a teak wall, anchoring one against the other to integrate the tub into the space rather than merely position it there.
